Which Treatment?
First things first: we need to find out exactly what it is you are looking to treat, or maybe you simply are in need of some relaxation?
On your first visit at least 15 minutes is set aside for consultation. Relaxing music helps set the scene and a professional atmosphere puts you at ease. All you need do is bring yourself!
Reflexology
Your feet are like miniature maps. They reflect every part of your body, so every time you have reflexology, your whole body is treated.
By gently working reflexes on the feet or hands, nerve endings are stimulated to encourage balance. The treatment works not only on a physical but also on a mental and emotional level. Stress levels are significantly reduced as the body returns to equilibrium.
The initial session lasts 1¼ hours and subsequent visits 1 hour.
Seated back treatment
For this combination of Thai massage and Reiki you will be seated.
Seated back treatment can ease tired shoulders and back muscles and releases tensions and stress. It can also clear any blockages in your energy channels by tapping into the body's natural healing ability.
The session lasts a ½-hour.
Combination feet and back
Feeling the benefits of both reflexology and direct work on the muscles of the back. Wonderful detoxifier and all-round de-stresser.
Flower essence remedies
Don't miss out on what nature has to offer... Subtle but very powerful essences of flowers, plants and trees.
Made by Rosemary Williams at the Limetree Centre in Worcester Park, they are used when necessary to enhance your treatment.
Initial treatment includes 15 minutes’ consultation time. Treatments can be bought individually or as a set of 6 with the 6th one free.

Althea Finch’s treatment incorporates a lovely blend of reflexology, Thai massage and flower essences. She works holistically and empathically to balance energies and relax and free the tensions.
She has studied a wide variety of complementary treatments including Acupressure, Reiki, Colour Therapy, and Kinesiology.
Althea is an AOR qualified Reflexologist and ITEC qualified practitioner in Traditional Thai Massage.
She is registered with the Guild of Complementary Practitioners and the National Health Register of Complementary Practitioners.
