Confidential Counselling and Pyschotherapy
There
may be times in your life when you feel there are no solutions to the
problems you're facing. Talking to an experienced, qualified counsellor
who will listen in a caring, non-judgmental manner can help clarify
worrying issues and concerns.
If you're feeling:
- Unhappy with aspects of your life.
- Anxious or bewildered when faced with a crisis.
- Unable to cope with emotional problems, past or present.
- Frustrated or angry when no one listens to your worries and
concerns.
- Lacking in confidence and self esteem.
- Concerned about possible addiction.
- Difficulties when relating to others.
Back on Track counselling and psychotherapy may help you find answers and effective
ways of coping with troublesome issues.
How counselling
works
One-to-one
The counsellor will interact with the client through strictly confidential
open dialogue. Together you work at focusing on those areas of your
life that are causing you pain or stress. Counsellors are highly
trained in analysing situations, listening to you in an empathic,
supportive way and will empower you to reach decisions in
your own time.
Couples
If you suffer from marital or relationship problems, sometimes it helps
if both of you tackle things together. When both parties agree, counselling
for couples is ideal because it gives an impartial and safe atmosphere
where feelings may be openly expressed and heard.
If you want to make an appointment or if you'd
like further information about our counselling services in Wimbledon, please telephone the clinic on 020 8545 0965.
£65 per session
Sessions are completely confidential and last for fifty minutes
on a weekly basis. The duration of the therapy will always be negotiated
between client and counsellor.
